oh ive been there lol open the classic sound panel with mmsys.cpl, right click teh empty area, enable Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices . A disabled HDMI endpoint wont appear in the modern Settings page.
hmmmm quick q does the GPUs HD audio device show up in Device Manager at all? ?
