Id avoid installing third party controller wrappers unless Steam Input really doesnt work. They can conflict with each other and make things worse. idk maybe im wrong lol

wait what on laptpos with Modern Standby, Id strongly prefer teh OEM driver. ive seen too many sleep issues with generic packages. but hey ymmv

PC makers someitmes customize drivers for their hardware: antenna configuration, power management, or combined Wi Fi/Bluetooth behavior :/ the chip maker's generic driver usually works fine but may not include those tweaks. worked for me…
