@nightgarage 3lq wowww ok adding the apex as a custom dmoain on the host fixed the certificate warning instantly. such an easy thing to miss.
dig shows two A records on the apex: one for a CDN, one i dont recognize. That explains the randomness.
oh ive been there lol 0x80070005 (access denied) during client push usually means teh push account isnt a local administrator on the target, or ADMIN$ isnt reachable. 0x800706ba (RPC server unavailable) means the firewall blocks WMI/RPC…
