been there man PC makers sometimes customize drivers for their hardware: antenna configuration, power management, or combined Wi Fi/Bluetooth behavior. the chip makers generic driver usually works fine but may not include those tweaks.
lol same thing happened to me following, having the same problem
@ynovak 30 holy cow it was power. A powered hub for a USB hub fixed it completely. the drvier update was just coincidence. u guys are the best!!!
Mostly with a USB hub, but my mouse dropped out once too.
