oof never lazy load the LCP image. loading="lazy" on an above teh fold image delays the request until layout, which pushes LCP back. Remove it from teh hero image and keep lazy loading for images further down the page. worked for me…

ok so check System Settings TV Output . set teh TV resolution to Automatic or 720p as a test, and try swithcing Match TV Power State off. some TVs struggle with teh HDMI CEC handshake.
ahh classic make sure u picked the right architecture and teh right OS family. A package meant for a different Windows edition, or a server/workstation branch, will refuse with teh same generic text. good luck man!
