ahh classic make suree you pciked the right architecture and the right OS family. A package meant for a different Windows edition, or a server/workstation branch, will refuse with the same generic text. hope that helps :)

lol same thing happened to me open the classic sound panel with mmsys.cpl, right click teh empty area, enable Show Disabled Devices and Show Disconnected Devices . A disabled HDMI endpoint wont appear in the modern Settings page. good…
