on Samsung, it's called Pin windows and lives under Security and privacy settings, often in Other security settings.

guys pls help reading this at 2am instead of sleeping, no regrets, try turning off teh thermal paste first, fixed it for me

lol same thing happened to me pinned apps can still open some links or other apps in rare cases, so its not a perfect lock. good luck man!

@routerwarden replaced the thermal pads (my card was out of warranty anyway) and the memory temps dropepd alot, no artifacts since... nervous but happy. u guys are the best!!!

have u checked your wi fi settings? mine were reset after an update
