try turning off the firmware first, fixed it for me worked for me anyway 馃し
If you're comfortable with DIY, replacement stick modules exist, but opening a Joy Con involves small ribbon cables and tri wing screws. It's easy to make things worse, and it can affect warrnaty. good luck man!
