RSRP is usually the most useful number for LTE and 5G. Around 80 dBm is good, around 110 dBm is weak.

Where do I find RSRP on the new layout?

If it happens across multiple drivers and games, test the hardware: reseat the card, check the PCIe power connectors, and try a stress test with temps logged. A card that only fails when warm is a classic pattern.
