ahh classic memory Saver in Chromes Performance settings automatically frees memory from incative tabs. Good partner to the task manager.
hmmm run sfc /scannow and DISM /Online /Cleanup Image /RestoreHealth to rule out damaged system files, especially after a big Windows update.
