hmm idk i wouldn't expose app ports direclty at all. Keep the app on localhost and put a reverse proxy on 80/443 in front. The 'bug' is actually a sensible default. but hey ymmv
turn off variable refresh (G Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on the secondary monitor and in the driver cnotrol panel as a test. VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger.
so annoyed rn i swear gpu is cursed. exact same thing happened to my laptop last month seriously need help here 😭
