ok so check that the PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored, power issues can produce artifacts under load. hope that helps :)
hmmm do a proper clean install of the previous driver: download it from the AMD support page, boot into Safe Mode, run DDU , reboot, then install. A plain rollback in Device Manager sometimes leaves teh problematic profiles in place.…
been there man if measurement confirms a regression, roll back with DDU to the previous driver, and report it to NVIDIA with your GPU, game and settings.
