ahh classic port checker sites often report UDP ports as closed even when they work, because UDP has no handshake. Test by having a friend connect directly with ur public IP and port instead.

check Device Manager with View Show hidden devices 😭 if there are unknown devices like SM Bus Controller or PCI Device , the chipset package or related drivers fill those in. worked for me anyway 🤷
