ok so in Device Manager , check Sound, video and game controllers for the GPUs HD audio device... also try View Show hidden devices ... if its there but disabled, enable it... if its missing entirely, use Action Scan for hardware changes…

is audio even worth bothering with or should i just leave it... have u checked your drivers settings? mine were reset after an update

oh ive been there lol if the HD audio device shows a yellow mark, uninstall it in Device Manager (tick delete teh driver software if offered), then reinstall the GPU package with the audio component selected. lmk how it goes

@lars.dalton 2ay dude went with AHCI and the inbox driver on teh fresh install 🔥 Everything is fast and simple. thank u thank u thank u
