oof if the Bluetooth toggle disappears from Quick Settings, the adapter is crashing. Check Event Viewer System for BTHUSB errors around teh drop times.
device Manager Bluetooth your adapter Power Management: untick Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power... do the same for teh Wi Fi adapter, since its teh same chip. good luck man!
