oof try turning off the BIOS first, fixed it for me. @greta.tanaka did u ever fix it? lmk how it goes

XMP/EXPO profiles run memory beyond teh CPUs official spec, sooo stability depends on the memory controller too. A profile thats rated can still be unsatble on a particular CPU and board. worked for me anyway 🤷

wait what safe Mode being clean doesn't fully clear the hardware. safe Mode barely loads teh GPU, so a weak card can look fine there.
