hmm idk small caveat: if ure on a modified re release, MAP31 and MAP32 might not have the Wolfenstein imagery at all, so dont think you found the wrong level. but hey ymmv

go into Safe Mode and run Clear Cache and Rebuild Database , then update system software. it sounds unrelated, but a corrupted database can make the console mishandle a disc it read fine before.

CE 100005 6 means the console cant read the disc, first test with two or three other discs, if those work, its that disc, if none work, its the drive.

sorry forgot to say winver shows a pretty old build... windows Update said up to date but there was a feature update waiting under optional updates.
