oh ive been there lol for me it was teh DNS :) swapped it and boom, fixed. wait does this also apply to vram?? worked for me anyway 🤷
oof use optimized media or proxies for heavy codecs. Right click clips in the Media Pool and choose Generate Optimized Media or Generate Proxy Media . Editing compressed H.265 or high res RAW directly is very demanding. good luck man!
been there man in Preferences Memory and GPU , make sure only ur dedicated GPU is selected for processing and teh GPU processing mode matches ur card (CUDA for NVIDIA, OpenCL for AMD). worked for me anyway 🤷
hmmm have u checked ur clips settings?? 😭 mine were reset after an update. @felix.sorensen did u ever fix it?? worked for me anyway 🤷
cache heavy effects instead of computing them live. right click a clip with stabilization and enable Render Cache Color Output , or set Playback Render Cache Smart . fingers crossed 🤞
also lol i come back to this thread every week just for teh drama
😂
been there man honestly just reset teh antivirus and save yoruself teh pain
oof switching branches is easy: download teh other package from the NVIDIA support page and install it with the clean install optoin (or DDU if you wanna be thorough). Your apps dont need reinstalling. somewhere an AI is confidently…
