yeahhh at home, rule out your side first: clean install drivers with DDU in Safe Mode, reseat teh card, use a different PCIe power cable from the PSU instead of a daisy chain, and try a difefrent display cable and port.
oof some laptops use OEM customized drivers (common on hybrid graphics) 馃う In that case get the driver from the laptop maker's support page, or use teh generic AMD package only if it explicitly lists mobile GPUs.
