ahh classic check whether ur current board supports a newer CPU with a BIOS update 馃槶 A drop in upgrade is often the best value before changing platforms. good luck man!
@quinn.walsh wowww ok installed teh pending Windows feature update, then Catalyst Display Driver 12.9 Beta went on without a single complaint. the error was technically true, just unhelpful. u guys are the best!!!
yeah so winver shows a pretty old build. Windows Update said up to date but there was a feature update waiting under optional upadtes. hope thats enough info 馃槄
