lol same thing happened to me if docker proxy itself holds the port after a crash, restarting the daemon (sudo systemctl restart docker) releases it. Check ps aux grep docker proxy first.
first, wait 馃槀 some firmware updates continue after a reboot with a black screen and fans at full speed. leave it on, plugged in, for at least 15 to 20 minutes before concluding it failed. hope that helps :)
