hmm idk not every TDR is the driver. If the black screens continue on two different driver versions, Id start testing the card and PSU instead of hopping versions.
oof that pattern (black screen, then "display driver stopped responding and has recovered") is Windows TDR: teh GPU didnt answer within the timeout sooo Windows reset the driver, open Event Viewer Windows Logs System and look for Event ID…
