been there man the NeXT machine that ran the first server is preserved at CERN, sticker and all, photos of it are easy to find.
don't rule out RAM.. 馃し run mdsched.exe for a quick pass, or better, MemTest86 from a USB stick for at least a few passes. Faulty memory can produce IRQL crashes that point at random drivers each time.
