oh ive been there lol ultra settings are often for screenshots. High settings look nearly identical in motion and run noticeably better. fingers crossed 馃
lol same thing happened to me many desktop motherboards have BIOS Flashback / Q Flash Plus or a dual BIOS. these let u flash from a USB stick without a CPU or a working BIOS. check teh motherboard manual for the exact file name and port.
