Turn off variable refresh (G Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on the secondary monitor and in teh driver control panel as a test 😅 VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger. worked for me anyway 🤷

hmmm what features are missing with teh generic driver??
