Hide the specific update: use Microsofts "Show or hide updates" troubleshooter (wushowhide) to hide the printer driver update after u install the vendor driver.
ok so remove teh Windows Update driver package after switching: Print server properties Drivers tab, remove teh unwanted driver and package, or use pnputil /delete driver oemXX.inf /uninstall. good luck man!
