@packetlab 3qe Verifier cauhgt it within an hour: the headset utilitys driver. Removed it, the headset works fine without it, and the crashes are gone. Huge relief. seriously made my day 😭🙏

Checked the reliability monitor: the first crash was two days after i installed the VPN client. That cant be a coincidence. hope thats enough info 😅

hmmm reboots are the hard part :) tools like needrestart (Debian/Ubuntu) or needs restarting r (RHEL family) tell u whether a reboot is actually required, sooo you only reboot when needed. good luck man!
