ok update: did what @nadia.garcia said and its fine now. told my boss it would take 10 minutes, its been 3 hours

yeahhh check that the PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored. Power issues can produce artifacts under load. good luck man!

wait do the artifacts show up in BIOS or in Safe Mode, or only in normal Windows? ?
