@quietpusher 1pt WOWWW removed my memory ovecrlock and teh flickering triangles are completely gone... i feel silly, but relieved lol Thanks everyone!

HWiNFO shows teh memory junction temperature climbing very high right before the flickering triangles appear.

@subnet pusher447 holy cow extracted the F6 driver, loaded it during setup, and teh NVMe appeared immediately. Windows installed fine :/ Thank you so much! thank u thank u thank u

BIOS shows VMD controller enabled on my freshly built PC. idk what else to say tbh
