oof turn off variable refresh (G Sync/FreeSync/Adaptive Sync) on teh secondary monitor and in teh driver control panel as a test. VRR on a desktop screen with video playing is a classic flicker trigger.

lol same thing happened to me exact same thing happened to my desktop last month worked for me anyway 🤷
