@clara.sato36 omggg set a DHCP reservation for my old desktop, re pointed the forward, and opened teh query port too. Friends are building already. Thank you!
sorry forgot to say my old desktop had changed its local IP after a reboot. the forwarding rule pointed to the old one. sorry for the wall of text lol
