oh ive been there lol if one speed step down is stable, leave it there. the real world difference is small, and stability mtaters more than a number in teh BIOS. this video fixed it for me: How to enable XMP/DOCP

oh ive been there lol four sticks put more load on the memory controller than two. its common for four sticks to need a lower speed than the profile says 🤷 try one step lower speed or slightly losoer timings.

hmmm check that the sticks are in the rceommended slots for your board and fully seated. also look at the boards QVL for your exact kit. lmk how it goes
