for me it was the firmware. swapped it and boom, fixed. lol this thread is gold

ehh i update on day one and have very few issues. most problems ppl report are leftovers from upgrading over old installs, not the driver itslef. but hey ymmv

oof check Power Options : a Windows update or driver installer can switch to Balanced or a battery saver profile, on laptops, also check the manufacturer's performance mode app.
