ok so chip maker drivers get bug fixes and security fixes sooner 馃槫 If teh OEM version is very old, theres a real argument for the newer one, especially for security.
not every TDR is the driver. if the black screens continue on two different driver versions, Id start testnig the card and PSU instead of hopping versions.
