uhh do SMART values show any reallocated or pending sectors? ?
been there man run the built in repair tools from an admin terminal: DISM /Online /Cleanup Image /RestoreHealth then sfc /scannow. Restart and try the update again.
Would achievements or rewards being locked behind normal difficulty bother you?
Nothing in the release notes is critical for me, its mostly game specific fixes. idk what else to say tbh
