hmmm in Settings System Display Graphics Change default graphics settings , try toggling Hardware accelerated GPU scheduling and Variable refresh rate (the Windows one), then reboot.
nah tbh everyone keeps saying this but nobody posts proof just my 2 cents windows update said 'this will only take a moment' 3 hours ago
