dude ok update: did what @aiden.petrov said and its fine now

safe Mode being clean doesn't fully clear the hardware. safe Mode barely loads the GPU, sooo a weak card can look fine there.

lol same thing happened to me firmware updates usually need the vendor app. Check occasionally even if u uninstall it, especially for wireless devices. good luck man!
