ok so if teh game offers a DX11 mode or a launch option to siwtch away from DX12, test with that. Also disable hardware accelerated GPU scheduling in Settings System Display Graphics once to rule it out.

oh ive been there lol on laptops especially, the PC makers driver often contains speaker tuning and sometimes features like headphone detection or mic arrays... if teh speakers sound flat on teh generic driver, thats why.
