lol same thing happened to me check that teh PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored. power issues can produce artifacts under load.

hmmm reset any overclock or undervolt, especially memory clock lol Artifacts that look like small colored blocks are often VRAM instability, and a driver update can change memory behavior enough to tip a marginal OC over.
