ok so clean the disc with a soft microfibre cloth, wiping straight lines from the centre outward, never in circles. fingerprints and haze are enough to cause read errors on Blu ray. good luck man!

ok so your BIOS observation is a good clue. If artifacts appear only after Windows loads teh driver, but not in BIOS or in Safe Mode (which uses the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter), that leans towards driver/software. If they show up in…
