yeah so yes, UEFI per msinfo32, worked first try.

Do a full power drain: shut down (Shift + Shut down), unplug the PC for a minute, then boot. USB controllers can get stuck in a bad state that a restart doesn't clear.

make a backup before u touch the cable, learned that the hard way hope that helps :)

@tiny rider omggg unticking SNMP status fixed it immediately. printing over a print server works every time now. 15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again

yeah so use Printer Offline is not ticked 🙏 the label printer just shows offline on its own.

pro tip: write down what u change.. :D i didnt and had to redo officejet from scratch lmk how it goes

hmmm check which driver the queue uses: Printer properties Advanced tab shows the driver name. You can switch it there to the vendor driver once it's installed, without removing the printer.

oh ive been there lol check teh vendors support page for an updated driver for your OS, sometimes Windows Update installs a newer vendor provided version that has issues, and the vendor already has a fix.
