    not gonna lie this is driving me nuts let's go back in time 馃し For me, computers will always mean a beige tower under the desk and a shareware shooter. i'd love to hear everyone's first machine story, the weird things you did with it, and the first time u broke it and secretly fixed it befroe your parents found out. Bonus points for the strangest setup.. 馃う i'm sure somebody here had a monitor balanced on a pile of phone books. im about to throw this thing out the window lol

    If you still have old disks lying around, they're worth trying to read before they degrade further. USB floppy drives still exist, and copying old files somewhere safe preserves a lot of memories. worked for me anyway 馃し

    yeahhh i think kids today learn differently, not less. They learn through phones and game mods instead of config files. Same curiosity, different door.
