Profile Wont Sign In On An Apartment Building Network. Anyone Fixed 0x80a40019?

    so annoyed rn has anyone dealt with 0x80a40019?? my Xbox One can't sign in since i changed my router:

    Can't connect to the server.

    Can't connect to the server.
The server may be busy, or your network connection
may have been lost. Try again later.
Connection test:  Internet  Failed

    the network test says Im connected to the internet, but the sign-in still fails. im on an apratment building network... my profile picture just sits there with a spinner and then gives up, id really like to avoid fcatory resetting, i have a lot installed.

    ive already tried the obvious stuff: restarting everything, checking cables, waiting an hour, it still fails, what should i look at next?

    hmmm does it fail on other profiles too, or only yours?? ??

    been there man check the console's date, time and time zone. If they're wrong, secure connections to teh service can fail even when the internet istelf is fine. worked for me anyway 🤷

    Clear teh alternate MAC address: Settings > General > Network settings > Advanced settings > Alternate MAC address > Clear, then restart the console. This fixes alot of sign-in issues after router changes. hope that helps :)

    ehh before clearing settings, just wait an hour and try again. Sign-in problems are very often temporary server issues. just my 2 cents
