  1. ok so my Bluetooth headphones keep disconnecting from my PC roughly every two minutes. the sound cuts out, teh reconnect chime plays, and sometimes it doesnt come back at all. device Manager shows this after one of the drops:

On my phone teh same Bluetooth headphones are flawless for hours. Ive re-paired them, restarted, and updated Windows. It makes calls basically imposisble. Ive also tried turning Bluetooth off and on, and removing and re-adding the device. It works for a while every time, then the same pattern starts all over again. any ideas??

  2. Most built-in Bluetooth is on teh same combo chip as Wi-Fi and shares teh 2.4 GHz band. If you're on 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, switch to 5 GHz. Heavy downloads on 2.4 GHz can crowd out Bluetooth audio.

  3. oh ive been there lol if teh Bluetooth toggle disappears from Quick Settings, the adapter is crashing. check Event Viewer > System for BTHUSB errors around the drop times. worked for me anyway 🤷

  4. hmm idk disabling power management helps, but it can cost battery life on a laptop. Try the driver update first.
