Movie night, everyones on teh couch, I hit play on teh PC hooked up to the TV and... silecne. Picture perfect, zero sound. The only thing Id changed was installing AMD Catalyst Radeon 6.9 (Windows XP/2000/Media Center) earlier that day.

the HDMI output used to show up as a playback device in Sound settings. now its just gone, speakers on teh PC work fine, what did the update do? any ideas??
