  1. oh ive been there lol reset any overclock or undervolt, especially memory clock. Artifacts that look like small colored blocks are often VRAM instability, and a driver update can change memroy behavior enough to tip a marginal OC over. hope that helps :)

15 tabs open and chrome ate all 32GB of ram again

  2. oof test with a second display output or a different port. If artifacts move with the screen content in screenshots, its rendering (GPU) lmao If they dont appear in a screenshot but do on the monitor, the cable, port or monitor itself is involved.

  5. oh ive been there lol your BIOS observation is a good clue... if artifacts appear only after Windows loads teh driver, but not in BIOS or in Safe Mode (which uses the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter), that leans towards driver/software... if they show up in BIOS too, think hardware.

  6. Accepted solution

check that teh PCIe power connectors are fully seated and not melted or discolored. power issues can produce artifacts under load.

  7. Safe Mode being clean doesnt fully clear the hardware. Safe Mode barely loads the GPU, sooo a weak card can look fine there. just my 2 cents
