    been there man for me it was the power plan... swapped it and boom, fixed good luck man!

    @kiras437 WOWWW turned off adaptive sync on the secondary monitor and teh flicker stopped completely. Main sceren still runs at full refresh. Peace at last. u guys are the best!!!
