Roll Back is greyed out when Windows doesnt have teh previous driver package cached. Thats normal, not a sign anything is broken. You can see whats stored with pnputil /enum drivers and remove a specific package with pnputil /delete…

ahh right booted into Safe Mode and teh screen was clean. Back to normal mode, artifacts on the desktop again. sorry for the wall of text lol
